News Flash: Accelerated Ascension Energies on Planet Earth Triggering Stress.

Have you noticed an increase in your stress levels lately? If you have, you’re not alone. Even the healer’s and teachers finding we need to increase our ability to manage stress. As Mother Earth continues to increase her frequency, we, her children, are being asked to keep up. This is a good thing, but … it’s also a challenge as we sense time ‘speeding up,’ and find there’s more to do in shorter and shorter time periods.

The result? Bouts of stress – even among those of us who thought we’d kicked that old world habit once and for all!

It surprised me when I found myself revisiting some of the old issues I had around stress – too much to do, not enough time, that sort of thing. But rather than resist it, I decided to take this as a challenge to deepen my own ability to more fully align with ascension and my soul purpose. And here’s what I’ve found is helping me

3 Ways to Lower Stress

1. 7 Slow Breaths

Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing (except driving), is the stress-moster is making a racket, just close your eyes and take 7 slow, deep breaths. You’ll be surprised at how much this one, simple thing will change your vibration (& your day!) The breathing will bring oxygen to your brain so you can think more clearly. The slow breathing will also calm you down enough to get your body out of stress-induced fight-or-flight, so you can actually make rational decisions and/or listen to your inner guidance.

2. Ground Yourself

In today’s world, we’re being bombarded by EMFs, (Electro-Magnetic Frequencies). This messes with your body’s electrical system and will definitely exacerbate stress. The good news? There’s a simple way to literally draw these EMFs away from you. Ground yourself with Earthing. Ideally, you’d want to put as much of your bare skin on Mother Earth as possible. although in a pinch, simply go outside and put both hands on a tree for a few minutes, 2-3 times a day. Another option: put your hands or feet in a natural body of water, or walk barefoot in the grass!

 3. Write it Down

When your mind is swimming with all those little things you have to do, do yourself a BIG favor and write them down. Making a list of all you need to do in a day or a week let’s you get’s that jumble outta your mind and into an orderly list you can actually deal with.

I Suggest you keep a notebook by your bed side, then take it along wherever you go. This way, when things comes into your mind, you can put them on paper and de-clutter your thoughts.
