The MotherSpirit Certification Program came to me in a downpour after witnessing the first 4 women share their final projects this year, along with the heartful responses and reflections from the other sisters.
When I received the guidance to begin offering this 13 moon initiatory experience for women, it was to provide a container and journey that would cultivate sacred feminine leaders – priestess leaders – for these times now.
Witnessing my sisters in this year’s 7th & 8th groups made it clear that I’ve refined the materials and experience such that MotherSpirit is now a potent process for deep inner healing & empowerment. It is a formula for cultivating sacred feminine leadership aligned with the vision I’d been given 7+ years ago.

Curriculum for Certification
Here’s what you can expect when you join me for this journey:
Opening Ceremony & Intention Setting
During this call we will open up sacred space for our journey. Each sister will have the opportunity to express her intention for participating, as well as her vision, if any, for how she intends to bring this work forward.
Module 1: BEING the Safe Container
In this Module you will learn how to create a safe & sacred space to support even the most private of sisters to open into the field of heart-connection with self and others. Included in this module:
Your Inner Preparation: How to be available for Divine Downloads so you can weave core content with relevant issues your mentees may be working through.
Exploring your Edges: Where and when do you feel unsafe? What triggers you? How do you maintain healthy boundaries with loving compassion as a sacred mentor? We dive deep into your unique inner blueprint and challenges so that you can be a clear channel vessel and potent facilitator for your sisters.
Ceremony and Guidelines: Get the specifics on how to guide and celebrate others through 26+ calls, so you can shepherd the energy field of the group with grace and ease.
Holding the Container: Learn how to handle container-buster behavior and other challenges with compassion & clarity.
Module 2: The MotherSpirit Priestess Training Formula
During Module two we will carefully unpack each component that makes this training so effective. Included in this Module:
Content & Curriculum: The herstory & development of the curriculum; key content pieces that make the formula work; how to develop & enhance your curriculum as you go.
Sharing Sessions: How to offer reflective commentary without being intimidating, opinionated, or giving unasked-for advice.
Wing Women: The importance of this essential piece of the formula, and how to handle initial resistance so that your sisters truly rise together.
Leading from the Center: How to facilitate both the content and sharing calls so that each sister has the opportunity to see herself evolve as a leader in her own right, rather than simply a mentee or student within the group.
Module 3: Interviewing and Onboarding
Determining who is a fit for the training is an art in-and-of itself. Not only is the application and interview process important, learning the details for on-boarding will make your life a lot easier. Included in this Module:
The Application: What are you looking for and why? (Variations and options to support you in curating your groups).
The Interview: How to hold conversation and determine talking points so that you access expanded content potential, and recognize possible challenges.
Your Inner Sensing: How to use your intuition for feeling a “fit” during your interview process.
Offering scholarships and determining price breaks for the right women.
Module 4: Relationship-Building & Mentee Resistance
Establishing strong, trusted relationships is at the heart of the MotherSpirit Priestess Training. Not only are you creating a container to facilitate this as a group; the 1:1 calls, as well as your own modeling, are essential. That’s why Module four is dedicated to strengthening your capacity to support others when they are in flow, in resistance, feeling fear, or engaging projection. Included in this Module:
How to nurture your connection with mentees and support their transformation through the 1:1 calls.
How to handle mentee resistance and support sisters in breaking through.
How to determine when an impromptu or add-on call is needed, and if and when to charge a fee for extra calls.
Holding your own field with integrity: How to not take on the projections of others so that you can help them clear through their fears or excuses.
Module 5: Ceremonies & Final Projects
During Module five we will dive into how to co-create ceremonies in a way that facilitates leadership in your mentees. In addition, we will look at how to help your mentees develop final projects that are clear, challenging without being overwhelming, and deeply meaningful. Included in this Module:
Using the Ceremony Template: How to facilitate a collaboration in order to help sisters co-create ceremony so that even the most “timid” sister can build confidence and grow.
When & Where: How to weave ceremonies into your 13 moon calendar so that you are not overwhelmed.
The Final Project: Its significance & creative potential as part of the MotherSpirit formula, along with how to help mentees craft a project which expresses their beauty and their transformation through the journey.
Nurturing Sacred Leaders: How to gently invite women to stretch beyond their comfort zone as they step into new leadership territory.
Module 6: Pricing, Marketing, Sales & Billing
We shift gears and cover a lot of ground during Module six. In this module you will learn important business-building details. Included in this Module:
Your Ideal Client: How to get clear on who you are here to serve & why.
Reaching Your Ideal Audience: How to develop your marketing materials so that they speak to the heart of what your ideal clients seek.

- Recommended: I recommend you use your first call some time before or during the first 2 weeks of the training. Calls #2 & #3 can be used as-and-when needed, relative to your unique goals or challenges.

Frequently Asked Questions
When does it begin?
Our first call in on Thursday, 1 August, 2024.
What days & times will we be meeting?
We will determine the times for our calls once the group is set. Each sister’s time zone will be taken into account to find the best time for us all.
Do I have to attend every call?
As with MotherSpirit, I am asking you to commit to making all the calls. However, knowing that life happens and you may have to miss one or two, all group calls will be recorded for you. This is a small group intensive. Your absence impacts all of the other sisters in attendance. More importantly, it impacts your ability to be present with the training and ask/participate in relevant conversations.
As you know, showing up is a key factor in walking the path of Priestess as Leader. So if your personal commitments would not allow you to show up in this space consistently, then there may be a better time in the future for you to join us.
Will you do this again next year?
Although I cannot say for sure, right now it is my intention to continue to offer this certification to MotherSpirit initiated priestesses.
What is the focus of the 3 1:1 calls with Dawn?
YOU are the focus of all of the calls. These are intended to help you clarify and shape the way you will be using the material in the context of your own Soul’s sacred leadership intent.
How much of a time commitment is this training?
The training itself involves 9 calls of 1.5 hours each, over the course of 15 weeks. In addition, you will have audio and PDF training materials to work through in-between our live calls.
As we begin to move into the practicals of marketing and technology, time will vary depending on where you are in your business development and/or online skills. All told, you can plan on spending an average of about 2-4 hours per week during our 15 weeks.
What is required for certification at the end of the training?
Each woman will be asked to complete all the materials within the certification program, then sign a usage agreement in order to access the copyrighted materials for MotherSpirit.
